These days we celebrate the birthday of the city of Hanoi, the Vietnamese capital, which was founded in 1010. We would rather wish her in person but it was not possible:
Happy Birthday Thang Long (升 龙 *)!
The seven lotus flowers symbolizing the seven steps Buddha on the Huong River and over every point is a lotus blossom.
Anyone could see the seven lotuses would be very lucky.
